How we use your data
We use the data from the pre-registration and contact forms only to manage team registrations and reply to messages. We do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties, unless required by law.

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Data processor
The website is hosted by a hosting provider contracted by the organisers, which acts as data processor. The forms are not stored on the website or in any database: they are sent directly by email to info@carabanchelcup.com.

How long we keep the data
We keep the data only for as long as strictly necessary: until we have finished managing the registration for the 2027 edition or replied to your message. After that we delete it. If the law requires us to keep any data (for example, to invoice a registration), we keep it blocked only for the period set by that law and delete it afterwards.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to the privacy email. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party services that track you. Fonts are served from this site. Links to Google Maps open in a new tab and only load Google Maps if you click them.
Images of minors
All players in the tournament are minors. We only publish photos showing recognisable minors when the organisers have permission from their families or guardians. We never publish a minor's full name. If you would like us to remove an image, please write to the privacy email.
